Just a Little Lovin' takes place on the 5th - 10th of August 2013, at Arresøcenteret, Frederiksværk, north of Copenhagen approximately one hour away by car. The larp will be played in English and we encourage international participants to sign up. There will be approximately 70 characters in the game.
To participate in this larp you have to be 18 years or older. As we will play three parties, one every day of the larp - to keep both participants and organisers focused on the story there will only be non-alcoholic beverages and light beer drunk during the game.
All participants will receve a pre-written character. As this is the third run of the larp the characters have already been written, but adjustments to the characters and the relationships between the characters can be made. There are many ways to interpret a pre-written character. The text is meant to be a starting point for each participant to explore who the person they will be playing is.
Price
The price includes five nights accommodation, five days of food and an awesome game!
We have strived to set the prices as low as absolutely possible, to have as many fantastic players being able to participate as possible.
1.200 DKR - "normal"
800 DKR - "cheap-ass-I'm-broke"
We encourage you to pay the normal fee, but if you are absolutely broke, the cheap-ass-fee is your salvation. Please only use this option if the 1.200 DKK would make you stay away.

Costumes
During this larp we will be playing three 4th of July parties of 1982, 1983 and 1984. We wish that you prepare costumes that are according to the character you play and the time period we play in. But you decide yourself how much of a "makeover" you want to give yourself from one year to the other. Think accessories, hair products and different tops. You don't need to change everything from one year to another.
You will also have to bring a costume fitting for the character and the time period in which the game is set. The Wikipedia article on fashion in the 80s gives a good overview of different styles that became popular at this time, including some of the more "alternative" styles. The "Castro Clone" look developed in the 70s in the gay scene in San Fransisco and remained popular among many gay men throughout the 80s.
